Clayco Acres Puppies

Our Story

Welcome to Clayco Acres Puppies. We live in a quiet country setting in rural Illinois. Five years ago we moved to our new property away from busy highways. It has been such a blessing to have more room for our children and dogs to have plenty of room to roam and play. When growing up I always enjoyed the companionship of our family pets. It was the fond memories of growing up with a dog that made up my mind that raising puppies could be a fulfilling experience and one the whole family could benefit from.

From the beginning, we wanted to do things right. We set out on making the most comfortable living and play areas we could. We also wanted to only feed the highest quality dog food and supplements we could. Our breeding practices are focused on most importantly the dog's health. Our breeding dogs must also meet traditional breed standards and carry strongly desired traits. We also have a high priority focus on health testing to ensure we will raise only the highest quality and healthiest puppies.

All puppies will go to their forever homes with vaccines and de-wormer up to date. Graham Veterinary clinic approves and certifies all our puppies with a clean bill of health before they are taken home. Please contact Clint with any questions you may have and we welcome any visits to our home as well.

Best Wishes

PLEASE DO NOT OVER FEED YOUR DOG! Follow manufacture directions. Over feeding dogs is the greatest cause of cancer and joint problems in dogs. Keep them physically fit with top quality food in the correct quantity and plenty of exercise. Other than an occasional treat of scrambled eggs, some cheeses including cottage cheese we highly discourage human food given to dogs. Dog feed with corn, soy, or wheat products is also discouraged and not recommended. Cooked beef bones from your local butcher can be a healthy treat also. No chicken or turkey bones recommended!
